Loving ourselves is where it all starts. When we love, accept and take some time to feed ourselves, we can live our best life. Here are some ways to develop self-love:

  • Acts of kindness
  • Listening to our heart
  • Becoming our own best friend
  • Recognizing and accepting our strengths and areas that we can grow in 
  • Forgiving ourselves and others to name a few

.When we just give to others and don't care for ourselves, we might feel empty. When we care for ourselves lovingly, we have so much more to give to others.
