I have been seeing Marlene for awhile now. She has helped me work through childhood trauma, depression and anxiety.
Before my dad passed away, which was a matter of time, Marlene gave me strategies to work on at home. She gave me permission to cry, I cried a lot.
Marlene is an advocate for self care, letting go of things you can't control and it's okay to say no.
Life is much better now! This continues to be a positive experience!
I believe everyone should see a therapist at least once in their lives!
Marlene is a wonderful person who I look forward to seeing once a week. She has helped me through some tough times and has provided me with great life tools. She has kept me on the path I want to be moving on, through my separation and divorce.
I would recommend her to anyone!
